Position One, strategic marketing and consulting

Pricing

How Position One prices its work.

Ongoing management is a percentage of ad spend, agreed in writing up front. Projects and advisory work are quoted for the agreed scope. Production and software are itemized separately, so you always know what you are paying for and what it should return.

Your proposal

Three lines on every proposal.

Management

A percentage of ad spend for ongoing work, or a quoted fee for a project, agreed in writing before work starts.

Media

The budget paid to the ad platforms, printers and the postal service, on its own line.

Questions about pricing

Is there a minimum budget?
There is no fixed minimum, but there is a point below which a channel cannot produce a result, and we tell you where that is for your market on the discovery call. Your Command Center shows what every media dollar returned, so budget moves to what works.
How will the fees be calculated?
Ongoing management is a percentage of ad spend, agreed in writing up front. Projects, such as a website, are quoted for the agreed scope. Production and software are itemized separately, and the proposal names what each line covers, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
Is there a charge for the discovery call?
No. The discovery call is free, and so is the answer if we are not the right fit.
