Compliance

Compliance built in, before the first ad.

Every campaign engagement includes this work. We coordinate with your treasurer and compliance counsel, and filings stay with your treasurer.

  • Google election ads verification

Completed before the first search or YouTube ad runs.

  • Meta authorization and disclaimers

Ad account authorization and a "Paid for by" disclaimer on every ad.

  • Texting registration

Campaign Verify and 10DLC registration before the first text goes out.

  • Disclaimers on every piece

Mail, signs, video and digital ads carry the required disclaimer.

  • Voter-file handling

Used only under the file's license, in accounts in the campaign's name, and removed when the engagement ends.

  • Platform rules

Google election ads target only by location, age, gender and context, and Microsoft Advertising does not run political ads. The plan is built around those rules.

Measurement

What we measure at each stage.

Name ID, persuasion, activation and turnout are different goals. We agree on the measure for each one before the plan starts, and report it every week.

Questions

Questions about campaign services

Do you work with both businesses and campaigns?

Yes, as two practices run by the same team with the same methods. Campaign data is handled under the file's license, never mixed with any other client's data, and removed when the engagement ends.

How long does a campaign website take?

Timing depends on scope and how quickly the campaign's content is ready, so it differs for every race. We set dates on the discovery call. Pages go live as they are approved, so the site earns traffic before the last page is done.

Do you work with committees and PACs?

Yes. Party and committee programs run one digital operation across a slate of candidates, with shared audiences, creative templates and reporting per race. Advocacy and issue campaigns run the same way around a ballot measure or a policy goal.

How will campaign data be handled?

Under the voter file's license terms. Files are loaded only through each platform's secure match process into accounts in the campaign's name, access is logged, nothing is mixed with another client's data, and audiences are removed at the end of the engagement.

Do you handle campaign finance filings?

No. Filings stay with your treasurer. We handle the compliance work inside the program: disclaimers, platform verification, texting registration and data handling, and we coordinate with your treasurer and compliance counsel.

Do you work outside Arizona?

Yes. We are headquartered in Scottsdale and run campaign programs nationwide. Kickoffs are in person when the calendar allows; everything else runs remotely and on the campaign's schedule.
