How your campaigns are built and improved.
- 01
Define your target audience
We start with who actually buys from you — location, age, income, interests, intent and past customers — and build audiences that match, so budget isn't spent on people who will never convert.
- 02
Build messaging and creative
We write the offer and headlines and produce the images and video for each platform, with several versions ready so we can learn which angle wins.
- 03
Set up conversion tracking
Before a dollar is spent we install and test tracking for calls, forms, bookings and sales, so every result can be traced to the ad, keyword and audience that produced it.
- 04
Launch your campaigns
Campaigns go live on the channels agreed in your plan, with budgets, schedules and locations set. The first weeks are a learning phase while the platforms gather data.
- 05
Optimize and refine based on data
We cut audiences, keywords and placements that waste money and move budget toward what brings in leads and sales, based on real tracked results — not guesses.
- 06
Keep testing creative and following trends
Ads wear out. We keep testing new creative, offers and formats, watch platform changes and seasonal trends, and report what we changed and why.

Delivery, replies, unsubscribes, bookings, attributed revenue and review activity. Each message is judged by what it is for, not by how many people opened it.
Questions
Common questions.
Which email platform do you use?
The one that fits your stack. Klaviyo for e-commerce, HubSpot or Mailchimp for most businesses, and campaign-grade tools for political programs. If you already have a platform that works, we build in it.
Can any business send marketing texts?
No. Texting requires a registered sender identity, documented consent, opt-out handling and content that fits carrier rules. We handle the registration and consent setup before the first message goes out.
Which review sites should we focus on?
Google first, almost always. Then the sites your customers actually check: Yelp for restaurants and services, Healthgrades or Zocdoc for practices, Facebook and Nextdoor for local trades. We look at where your customers search and prioritize those.
Can you remove a negative review?
Only if it violates the platform's policies, in which case we flag it for review. Otherwise the answer is a prompt, professional response and a steady flow of new reviews from your customers, which is what moves the rating.
How will we review progress?
Delivery, replies, unsubscribes, bookings, attributed revenue and review activity, all in your Command Center, with a monthly review of what to change next.
