Audience research & media buying
Direct mail: postcards and mailers timed with your digital ads.
We handle the list, copy, design, printing, postage and drop dates, and time each drop with your streaming, social and search ads. Response is tracked with dedicated pages, codes and phone numbers.
What is included.
- List requirements, permitted sourcing, and address preparation.
- Format selection, copy, and design.
- Print proofs, vendor coordination, and postage planning.
- Agreed mailing dates and production approvals.
- Response tracking using codes, URLs, or phone numbers.
- Coordination with digital activity and reporting on responses.
What to expect
From first call to steady improvement.
Six steps, in this order, every time.
- 01
Define your target audience
We start with who actually buys from you — location, age, income, interests, intent and past customers — and build audiences that match, so budget isn't spent on people who will never convert.
- 02
Build messaging and creative
We write the offer and headlines and produce the images and video for each platform, with several versions ready so we can learn which angle wins.
- 03
Set up conversion tracking
Before a dollar is spent we install and test tracking for calls, forms, bookings and sales, so every result can be traced to the ad, keyword and audience that produced it.
- 04
Launch your campaigns
Campaigns go live on the channels agreed in your plan, with budgets, schedules and locations set. The first weeks are a learning phase while the platforms gather data.
- 05
Optimize and refine based on data
We cut audiences, keywords and placements that waste money and move budget toward what brings in leads and sales, based on real tracked results — not guesses.
- 06
Keep testing creative and following trends
Ads wear out. We keep testing new creative, offers and formats, watch platform changes and seasonal trends, and report what we changed and why.
Household Match
One audience. Four channels. One count.
01One source list
- Your customer list
- CRM records
- Modeled audience
Cleaned, standardized and used only as permitted.
02The same households, every screen
- Direct mail
- Streaming TV
- Social
- Display
03One de-duplicated result
Counted once
A household reached on three channels is one household, not three wins.
- Reach, reported once.
- Frequency, reported once.
- Outcome, reported once.
Match rates vary by list quality and platform policy. The diagram shows the process, not a guaranteed match rate.
Every engagement starts with a 30-minute discovery call, then a First Look audit of your accounts, site and tracking.

Questions about direct mail design & management
Is direct mail right for us?
We assess the audience, offer, costs, and response options before recommending a campaign or test.
Can responses be tracked?
Codes, dedicated pages, and phone numbers can capture some responses. They do not reveal every person who read the piece or every sale it influenced.
Do you coordinate printing?
Yes. The scope can include vendor coordination, proofs, postage, and delivery scheduling. Fees and vendor costs are stated in the proposal.
