Not necessarily. We first review whether your current platform and access arrangements support the required maintenance.
Which changes are included?
Your support agreement states the allowance and types of edits included. New features or major page work may need a separate scope.
What happens if the site goes down?
The agreement defines monitoring, escalation, and response arrangements. Recovery depends on the incident, platform access, and backups.
