Analytics & tracking

Call tracking: see which ad made the phone ring.

Tracking numbers on your site and ads show where every call came from. We connect calls to your CRM and send closed sales back to the ad platforms, so they optimize toward customers, not just calls.

What is included.

  • Review of telephone and lead-handling workflows.
  • Tracking numbers and website number replacement.
  • Call routing and source information.
  • Optional recording or quality review with the required approvals.
  • Customer-system or sales imports.
  • Reports on calls, qualification data, and sales outcomes.

What to expect

From first call to steady improvement.

Six steps, in this order, every time.

  1. 01

    Define your target audience

We start with who actually buys from you — location, age, income, interests, intent and past customers — and build audiences that match, so budget isn't spent on people who will never convert.

  2. 02

    Build messaging and creative

We write the offer and headlines and produce the images and video for each platform, with several versions ready so we can learn which angle wins.

  3. 03

    Set up conversion tracking

Before a dollar is spent we install and test tracking for calls, forms, bookings and sales, so every result can be traced to the ad, keyword and audience that produced it.

  4. 04

    Launch your campaigns

Campaigns go live on the channels agreed in your plan, with budgets, schedules and locations set. The first weeks are a learning phase while the platforms gather data.

  5. 05

Optimize and refine based on data

We cut audiences, keywords and placements that waste money and move budget toward what brings in leads and sales, based on real tracked results — not guesses.

  6. 06

Keep testing creative and following trends

Ads wear out. We keep testing new creative, offers and formats, watch platform changes and seasonal trends, and report what we changed and why.

Every engagement starts with a 30-minute discovery call, then a First Look audit of your accounts, site and tracking.

Questions

Questions about call tracking & offline conversions

Do calls have to be recorded?

No. Tracking and recording are different functions. Any recording needs an approved process for the applicable notice, consent, access, and retention requirements.

What are offline conversions?

They are outcomes recorded outside the website, such as a qualified inquiry or completed sale. Some can be connected to advertising reports through imports.

Will this work with our CRM?

We check the specific system, subscription, integration options, and data fields before confirming the connection.
