Events and entertainment
Marketing for events and entertainment.
Events sell twice: tickets and registrations now, and the sponsor renewals that depend on the audience you can prove. We run the campaigns that fill the room and the reporting sponsors can use.
Clients include the Copper Rock Championship and Xperience Entertainment.

Questions
Questions about marketing for events and entertainment.
When should marketing for an event start?
Early enough to build the list before tickets go on sale, with the heaviest spend at the on-sale and again in the final stretch. The exact calendar depends on the event and is set in the plan.
Can you report to sponsors?
Yes. Attendance, reach, engagement and audience detail assembled per event, in a format built for sponsor conversations and renewals.
Do you work with one-off events or annual ones?
Both. One-off events get the full campaign push. Annual events also get the between-years work: the list, the content library and the sponsor reporting.
